Brewing Guide

Hot brew
5–6g per 180ml
Water temperature: 70°C
Brewing time: 70 / 20 / 20 / 50 seconds
Infusions: 2–3

Kōridashi
Combine ice cubes made from filtered water with the tea leaves and allow the ice to melt completely before serving. The tea can be reinfused with fresh ice 2–3 times.

Cold brew

15g per 750ml soft filtered water
Refrigerate for 2 hours
